Vendors
Join our vibrant vendor hall. Featuring a variety of fungi themed art and products our vendor halls host approximately 40 merchants. Spaces are primarily indoors with outdoor spaces available for food vendors. Vendor applications will open each year July 1st - August 15th. The application will only be available during this time.
Volunteer
Each year volunteers are the heart of OPFF. Weather you are a returning volunteer or looking to get involved OPFF has a variety of positions staffed by volunteers each year. Volunteers will receive a free event pass to attend presentations outside of assigned volunteer hours. Volunteer applications open 8/1 - 9/1. Link to volunteer application below
Education and Outreach
OPFF's education and outreach barn is a free to access space for attendees to enjoy. We host a variety of fungi or conservation based educational booths in this area. Booths in our education barn are not allowed to make sales. If you would like to sell items you must apply to be in our vendor halls. Businesses with enough staff can apply for both spaces if interested. For more information or to apply please email outreach.opff@gmail.com
Musicians and Artists
Musicians or artists looking to help us create the perfect vibe for OPFF 2025 are encouraged to reach out. We feature a small stage in our beer garden tent to host a variety of music throughout the weekend. In 2024 OPFF featured artist murals for stage backdrops that can be seen on our artist page.
